1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Xacubdol's services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Xacubdol provides strategic legal consulting services including Rechtswende Solutions, Regulatory Pathfinder, Legal Nexus Berlin, and Litigation Forge. Services are tailored to client requirements and delivered according to individual engagement agreements.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and work product created by Xacubdol remain our property unless otherwise specified in a written engagement agreement. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or use materials without express written consent.

4. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information, subject to applicable law and professional legal obligations. Client information will not be disclosed to third parties without consent, except as legally required.

5. Limitation of Liability

Xacubdol provides legal consulting services with professional diligence. However, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Our liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service in question.

6. Payment Terms

Invoices are due within 30 days of receipt unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur interest charges. Engagement may be suspended for non-payment.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate engagement with written notice. Termination does not release obligations for services already rendered or fees incurred.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by German law. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of German courts.

9. Changes to Terms

Xacubdol reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
